Missing of item, non settlement of claim
I moved household from PEN near Mumbai to Patratu near Ranchi through consignment No: 505657 dated 8/08/08, The material is delivered finally on 11/09/08 after morethan one moth in spite of continuous followup with M/S Caravan packers without part No: 4. Damage of my Household articles during transit
I have moved my household articles from Delhi to Mumbai vide M/s Caravan Packers & Movers (Consignment No. 492169). However, they have mishandled the delicate items like TV, CPU (Computer) etc and my CPU and TV have been totally damaged by them due to bad packing and mishandling by them during the transit.
