I ordered a Palazzo set which seems so good in the picture, but was utter failure in real. And the worst thing is it cost above 800rs for that poor and cheap fabric. The return policy suggests that it's not refundable unless the product is wrong or damaged. But my problem is the product is not worth the price and fabric is really in cheap quality. So I strongly want a solution to this issue. It's just scamming the people!!!...

I received top and palazzo set from cazina which was unsize and the quality of the product is very cheap and high priced. I requested for a return of the product immediately after receiving but my request shows pending approval....

They prottay good quality and stylish cloth but sell very bad fabric with different colour and worst worst worst cheap quality fabric used n deliver with high price. No contact no working for return of the product. Please take action against such brand who makes fool to customers through online selling. Worst worst product. Mb no [protected] is give on slip but not working. Please tale action and closed the company....

Fraud website its a scam they are selling very cheap quality dress manipulating constumers by showing high quality dress image on their website but in reality dress qulaity is worse didnt expected...

This so called website sends cheap quality product for a high price. The site is suspicious. Doesn't have a section to check order history, doesn't have any payment interface or a section to leave reviews. Don't order from here. Their product isn't worth even 10% of what they charge....

I orders a plazzoo and kurta set received completely different set .poor quality
And now no body is responding...

I ordered a top and pallazo and they sent something completely different and now nobody is answering the phone and no answer on mail and msg too . My money is waste on a cheap looking ridiculous piece of ### ....

I ordered a Palazzo set for 799 and I found the stuff very cheap and substandard. It did not match the description provided by them and the pic displayed. They don't even respond to phone call and mails. This is a fraud site and cheating has become it's secondary habit as it is getting away after cheating it's customers. This site should be banned as i did not encounter an online platform which is so irresponsible and unresponsive about customer...

I ordered apparel from this so-called website and then later I came to know that this is a scamster business. THIS WEBSITE doesn't have any valid support either through email or call. Adding more to this, the dress which I ordered was of the cheapest quality. They are just making fool of people. I wasted my hard-earned money on this ###. Please don't buy a single piece of cloth from them. I am amazed to see a huge no. of complaints...

We had ordered kurta pallazo set from the website.when it was delivered the quality was cheap, not matching pic and size inaccurate.
On raising return on website, its stuck at pending approval.
No response to email or whatsapp msg. On calling the number doesnt connect...

They took me 850 rs and online site is very bad... Cazina is not good anymore......

I have purchased Plazo set worth rs799/- and they collected delivery charges 50/- total i paid 849/- but i received wrong product through xpress bee courier. Immediately I sent mail to info.[protected]@gmail.com along with photographs still I didn't receive reply from them and in web site return policy they are asking to send product back by paying money from our pocket. No proper refund policy and delivering poor quality and different products...

Https://cazina.in/ is a fraud website with no valid customer care contact number as well as email support, there is no way to return the product and the image shown is completely different from the actual product . They have not respondent to any of my mail and not picked up any of my call...

I have order 1 suit from this website for Rs.799/-.
they sent me a wrong suit and now they are charging me for the return also.
it is a fake website. i am very dissapointing....
