the cerita buses running on various routes in mumbai are epitome of bad service. the buses never run on time, they breakdown at d slightest load and the a.c just never works! To top it all when we complain the drivers stops the bus on the curbs and says go and complain to whomsoever u want. such shameless attitude has to be tolerated daily to reach our destination. it fills me with such anger and disgust that even after paying more than double...

This is Sushant, i m normal emplyee, And i travel every time to Ghatkopar to Godbunder Raod, And i got the pass for the AC bus like cerita bus ......
Normally, people to stand 1 hrs . to waiting bus but bus freuency very less and also very late to Ghatkopar to godbunder road....
As per my request so plza incerase the bus frequency and come to time to time,,,,
this is not my singal complaint , i[censored] r loooking...
