Subramani is a big cheater. He's a builder of "citadil constructions", Indira Nagar, Bangalore. He cheated my friend who is a middle class person working for a software company. He planned to take a flat & booked it for 50k. The builder didn't give receipt also. He claims that he'll send the receipt tomorrow but later stage after 10 days he claims daily that server issue, printer issue, scanner issue & finally...
