CityGold not coordinating with BookMyShow about movie-show cancellation & also not priorly informing Customer. as that is it's utmost priority duty, that movie-show is cancelled and not returning Customer petrol and other trauma expenses along with parking charge, when shows are ad-hoc cancelled without any notice...

I visited city gold for the first time and the wulaity of movie is not at o[censored]pto the mark. We are guving money to Watch movie and we expect to have good quality . On 19 dec 2021 I came here to watch spiderman and their was a great disappointment as the movie was so dim amd dark . Also the sound was not proper . We could hear background sound from behind.
