They say guaranteed delivery. My card was charged but there is no way to contact them by email, the phone number listed (91-[protected]) has no response and of course my product wasn't delivered. This one is getting reported to the bbb counterpart in india. When you login you do get an order status as pending and they have a message stating online updating may take time. You only see all this after your card is charged.

We had ordered for a fruit and flower bouquet to be delivered to one of our friends in pune. The picture of the bouquet looked damn attractive, however the delivery was nothing but a fruit packet with one string of orchid flowers.
Utterly hopeless!! They had promised 2 kg of fresh fruits like pomegranets, grapes etc in the fruit bouquet and delivered a papaya, an orange and a banana.

I was ordered some.gift.pack of.Rs.1290 for deliver to wife Mrs. Surekha Kadam at Dhanori Pune-15 order no.DCGP-[protected] which was aspected to deliver on 14 Feb.
But gift has not.delivered .
I was try to contact them on their website given number. [protected] but they are not.receiving the call.
Please.help...

I have Ordered for Pastries on 15.12.2012 through Online Shopping http://www.classicgiftspune.com. of Rs.790/- ,but they refuse to deliver the product due to perishable Item,then they given an alternate option for Chocolate, So I Said go Head & Deliver the Product by Today Itself ,But hey Informed me that the Product Will Delivery Tomorrow Dated 16.12.2012.But Still the Product was Not Deliver .they are Just Giving Excused that the Product...
