However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

noc for a restaurant

I am a registered member of a co-op society which is on a collector land. i have shop in the said society. my queries are
1) do i need to take a noc from the society to start a restaurant being the owner of the shop ?
2) can society deny a noc to a member if given similar noc to other member in past for the same purpose in the same society....

Unnecessary Charges for 2 Wheeler Parking

Sir,
I am resident of RUSTOMJEE REGENCY CO-OP HSG. SOC.,Dahisar(w). We have four towers in our complex & each one has their own society. For all four society there is one common society named as Apex co-op hsg. soc..For all four wheeler vehicle respective society takes charges......now for two wheeler the Apex has given notice to all residents to apply for two wheeler parking charges would be 600 Rs per annum and 2000 Rs as security...
