We have been charged Rs.432 for an order worth Rs. 270( with tax). When we contacted the manager of that branch , he ordered the cashier to return Rs. 162.When we refused it and said that we gonna put a case for consumer rights against them. Then when we came to know that we are about to get threatened by friends of that cashier, we moved to the car and returned home.

I worked with Coffee day around four year and it been more than 4 year when i left coffee day but after regular follow up with company i'm still not able to withdraw / transfer by PF balance and as per my knowledge they have not filed the return in respective authorities and deposited the PF in 2006.

Request you to kindly look in to this matter and ask them to provide a slip to check and confirm my balance of PF
