We booked a flat in padur and registered in the first quarter of 2016. Till now we got only a flat to stay. No common amenities works are completed as per the construction agreement. They will not attend phone calls too and will not give reply to the mails also. Leakages are there and they don't attend the complaints too. The site engineer will tell they don't have money and as and when management pays him he will do it and will tell no use...

I bought plot in poonamalle farms, till i buy they are behind me. Once i bought the land and paid money for construction after that nobody dare to give me updates of construction and is very dam slow and nobody takes responsibility. When you call, they don’t attend our calls. They are cheating all o[censored]s. Pls pls i request all of you don’t buy lands from these color homes. Even if they give you free. All cheaters....

Dear all:

We have bought a flat at color home and occupied. But common amenities is not completed. If we go to their office to inquiry about the state, no proper reason given and they are not allowing us to meet the company md.

Finally they have given complaint at police station on few of our flat owners.
Very poor builder. Whoever have more money and dont know what to do. Go to this builder, they will...

Colorhomes is such a fraud builder.
You will hear all cheesy words until you book an asset with them, later you will seldom get a response.
Even after the 6 months of cancellation, they never returned back our money despite their policy says 120 days for refund.
And no one even bother to pick your phone call, everytime need to call from a new number to catch them.

The builder had lost my final payment cheque. So hdfc ltd have requested bank details for eft tranfer of amount, the same was not provided by the builder.

Additionally the builder is taking maintenance from myself also asking me to pay more, thereby delaying the flat possession.

I bought a flat in color castle and i feel bad about it. Let me list down what i faced.

1.Initially when my family went to look the flats they said a new road will be constructed which will make the distance short to reach the main road. After construction, sorry its not possible.

2. They said they will repay the loan processing fee if yu take home loan through their reference, its been almost 2 years and still...

I purchased a flat from color homes ambattur. It was the worst flat I ever seen. From the beginning of construction i complained to them abt the bricks, workmanship etc. They brought workers from north who dont know nothing. we have decided to take a flat in color homes golden classic, its construction quality is very poor. right from bathroom tiles to putty finishing of wall, everything is of worst quality. Please dont buy flats from them. Biggest problem is drainage. the construction of the drainage is one of the worst things in their construction....
