Hi!,
I have taken two consumer loans and an insurance (which was combine with the loan with premium )
Now, if I try to talk for that I never get proper response, Once I had tried more then 10 different nos. and all they gave me one more new number to contact. even puna call center could not anser me. once I got sms with userid and password to see details
on internet but it does'nt work. and I try to get solution...

I MR.JAY PANKAJ SHAH WAS HOLDING CONSUMER LOAN FROM YOUR INSTITUTION. I HAD PAID ALL MY OUTSTANDING TOWARDS THIS ACCOUNT LONG BACK. I CONFIRMED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE UNIT MR. PRADEEP, THEY CONFIRMED NO DUES OUTSTANDING.I HAD ALREADY SPOKE TO CIBIL INVESTIGATION BURAE AND I HAVE GOT THE MAIL FROM THEM SIDE ALSO ,MY GE A/C NO IS RWMB00001570 THIS LOAN END DATE WAS JULY 2006 AND ALLDUES WERE CLEAR IN NOV 2006,BUT MY CIBIL IS STILL SHOWING...
