We have been cheated not once by twice by Continental Packers. First time we used them to transport kid’s bunk bed from Pune to Hyderabad. After giving follow-up calls for 2 weeks they deliver the bunk bed without a mattress. They kept arguing that there was no mattress. After a point we let go the issue. We didn’t want to base our opinion on one episode. Quite often even in our own jobs, we are good but screw up once in a while....
