In December 2021, I had been promised by one of the country club agent that Membership for whole of my family shall be done for INR 28, 000, stating that a scheme by Country club is going on. Thus, for INR 25, 000 he swiped the credit card and for the balance 3, 000 he took it in his personal account with the promise that entire membership fees is covered in this. I had taken country club membership and paid amc for more than 5 years.But I was unable to avail a single holiday. Most of the times the property was never available, there is no responsible employee who can answer my queries and complaints.Thed higer authorities at Hyderabad officer are never available to talk to.The staff always has the same excuse that they are in a meeting.
