I am kunal Gawande i ordered 2 phone cases and paid for them but didn't received any confirmation sms or gmail...

I have ordered a glass case with pop socket on 10th June and paid Rs.169.
I have not recieved it yet and have not got any information regarding it.
I cannot track it either...

I ordered 4 covers from their website but didn't get any confirmation mail or msg or tracking id. I then tried contacting them via mail and instagram but no response has been given even though their site mentions a guaranteed reply within 3-6 hrs on their customer support mail. I have already made the payment and now i don't know what to do please take action against them and get me my money back...

Actually, there is a instagram page named cover hoard which gives you home delivery of cover but some people have created a fake website with this name where i have ordered a cover and paid but then i came to known that website is fake....
