worst ever service representative response

Contacted your authorised service center fortune marketing pvt. Ltd. 1, 6 & 7, ground floor, abc trade centre, new no 39, old no 50, anna salai, inside devi theatre complex, chennai, 600002 (Ph:[protected] on 18/8/2017.

One of the worst ever and un-ethical response received from the service centre representative.
The way in which he responds is very unprofessional.

Even am not bothered about the techincal...

I am purchasing creative inspire 4400 Model 4.1 speakers 7years back.Recently this unit volume control unit miss placed in my house shifting time.I am searching for new volume control unit in Hyderabad(koti & secundrabad) all places nobody have the spares.every one telling this is out model not availble.finally iam going to crative distibutor they can also same reply new one not available in market.if available...

I want to share a horrific experience I had with Creative Customer Care. I bought a Creative MuVo-Slim Mp3 Player (512 MB) in December 2006 (4th week). It was covered by a 1 year warranty. Speaker not yet replaced

I had purchased a creative 5.1 T6060 Series on July 07 From Goyal Infotech addressed at IIT Puti Gate Kharagpur 721301, and I am facing problem with one of the front speaker from the time I had purchased it, I surrendered it at the end of July But there is no responce from the side of creative. Its around 4 months.
My product is in warranty but creative is not responceing to me.
Please i[censored] can fullfill my complain just have...
