[protected], by House Hold was booked from Faridabad (Haryana) to destination Jharsuguda Orissa by GR No.975 dt. 30.09.2011. Mr Santosh Kumar assured me delivery of my House hold by 06.10.2011, but still the day 16.10.2011 I am waiting for delivery of my House Holds...

non settlement of Insurance claim

This is regarding the complain about the movers & packers,i had booked my house hold item through Cross cargo movers & packers for Patna & Paradeep.
For Patna in total 30 packets where there out of which they delivered me only 29 pac on enquiring they told that one item is lost so you can deduct from the balance amount which was left.
For Paredeep 17 items was there including TV,Frigde,Washing machine music system...
