However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

This is in regards to my bus booking done by myself on net on 29th October 2009, to Pune from Bangalore. My first attempt failed to book the seat on Sharma Transport, but the amount was charged to my credit card. Amount charged for the first time was 1010.
