Ordered cake on September 2nd 2023, got mail saying it cannot be delivered and refund will take 10-15 days. It’s been six months and no amount refunded yet. Please take this complaint official and file a complaint against them....

I ordered cake today worth rs 490rs with prepaid payment and they cancelled the order and not refunding the money back

I ordered cake for my friend who live in Arunachal Pradesh on[protected].
The order was confirmed and payment was made of INR 500.
When I checked the status of delivery then I received the mail that my order is cancelled and refund will be initiated in 15 days.
Now today is[protected] and I have still not received my refund even after sending them email and complaining on their customer support....

I have order a cake from daily cake on 14th jan 2023
but daily cake didn't delivered my order and not refund ammount of 499₹

I ordered cake around 5 :15 pm today and they said that it will be delivered within 2-3hrs.. But I didn't received it... They even didn't have any customer care number to consult... I paid 1088 for that order through phonepe, amount was also deducted from my account.. I didn't have money to order another.. My father birthday is on 1st January.. So please do the needful and get the order delivered by tomorrow evening or else refund my money..then...

I ordered a cake on 18th November 2022 to surprise my bestie who is in vishakhapatnam.
Instead of delivering they mailed me that it was cancelled due to no service in vishakapatnam. And they said that in mail refund will be done in 10-15 days.
Still I didn't get refund....

I ordered this cake along with a bouquet on Nov 1st, 2022 for my father in law’s 80th Birthday which was on Nov2nd. While ordering in this website it asked for the pin code to check the availability of delivery. So I entered my pin code and it accepted for delivering. So I ordered and the payment went through. I mailed them many time about the money but no reply. It’s been so many days no reply from them....

This complain is regarding non delivery of the cake to the concerned person..I ordered the cake on 9th September 2022 and the amount of Rs499 was also deducted but there was no sign of the delivery of the cake to the concerned person. An email was also sent regarding the same but there wasn’t any reply
Kindly look into the matter and help me to get back my refund...

I paid 889 rs with order #36891. Transaction was successfully..before the delivery time they cancelled my order and haven't refunded the money back....

I have order a cake on 22nd of August and paid the extra amount for midnight delivery.
When the day came to deliver the order, I got a mail that your order is cancelled due to shortage of service and will get your refund amount within 10 -15 days. Now, its been more than 15 days but I didn't get any response from them and refund too.
There is no contact number to contact them and over the mail they are...

They cancelled the cake themselves n didn't even refund n there to no response on mail as well..it's so disappointing they are frauds.. please take some action against them.. please...

Cake was ordered to be delivered with prepaid Rs899 with Order #34981. On the date of delivery,
they asked more money Rs 200 for doing delivery, which we denied and asked to cancel the order and refund our money. Order was cancelled and they said refund would take 7 working days.

Now it is more than 2 months, they have stopped responding. Only way to contact is through email....

I paid the daily cake and they accept the order after few hours they ask for more money as a delivery charge around 350rs I asked them to cancel the order they are not responding nor refund the amount...

They are taking orders and cancelling after some time and not even refunding money. Big cheaters....

These people are doing the biggest scam. They act as if they are professional and collect all info. Place order and make you wait till the delivery. Then after few minutes they will send mail it's cancelled and the payment will be refunded within 10 to 15 days. Boom your money is gone!

I placed an order for 1899, think of it! Worst experience ever! Money is gone......

My order is not reached .at times of order confirmed it shows correct address but it not reached at time ...my money deducted .plzz help...

Am really disappointed how this daily cakes.in is looting people and nobody is really taking any action . I was so excited to make an order for the big birthday bash, they cancelled the order the day of celebration, after 2-3 hours of waiting for the order to be delivered ..! This shows that they can easily scam everyone making a website and taking money from people ! Kindly, request to look into this....
