I commute daily from my home to office using the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway. Since this is the case, I decided to buy a express tag for my vehicle so that I can avail the 50% discount in toll fee. As per the website, the tag users are required only to pay Rs. 9 as opposed to Rs. 18 which are charged from the non-tag users. To avail this incentive one has to buy a device for Rs. 1500. as operation and maintanance charges for the device.

Hi, I had recharged my tag card on monday, 25th may 09 on the dgexpressway.com website. i bought a smart tag worth 540/-. i received a mail from the site stating that my card will br reacharged within 48 hours but till date, its been more than 96 hours, my card has still not been recharged. i have been trying to call on their help desk. but the moment i press the option of talking to the customer care executive, the call gets disconnected....
