We purchased a combo pack name senator which includes 2 pair of shoes 1 watch 1 wallet 1 duffle bag 1 sunglasses but we found all the items are mn o[censored]pto the mark. No value for money. Shoes got torned, condition of watch is very bad wallet is not in a good condition, sunglasses are not fitting on the face, duffle bag was ok. Order Number/Id - [protected]. Despite several calls and reminders, refund against Defective Product not received. Provided bank account details to DEN Snapdeal TV Shop on 7th June 2016 and I was told that the amount against the Order Number/Id - [protected] will be credited to my bank account in next 7 working days. But today is 23rd June 2016 and I am still waiting for same.
