Staff collected cash after making wait for 15 minutes and then said no rules apply to us as we are state highway -do whatever you want to do...

The company is charging toll in cash and not through Fastag claiming it to be a state tax and not a national highway tax...

The company is charging people cash for using roads and refusing fastag payments, stating the use of state highways has to be paid in cash....

Charged double toll of my car (rs.155+155) at both place (Kolki TP-2 & Rohana khurd) and only ask me pay in cash money and misbehaved with me. Asked me go back & not allowed me to pass this toll without paying toll again. Attached both receipts for reference.
As per the rule we only need to pay at one toll for same day journey.

Kindly do needful and take strict actions against them....

Dear All, Your toll plaza charges toll even if the waiting time is more than 10 minutes, there are only 3 lanes and due to which massive jam takes place, your attendants are goons who do not follow rules and when objected they bully the citizens, I paid a toll of INR 155 in cash despite being stuck in the jam for more than 10 minutes at Rohana Khurd Plaza on 15th April and on Kolki Toll plaza on April 18th....

My fastag on vehicle no. Uk07an9648 was not allowed on above toll booth. I was forced to pay rs.130/= thru my credit card and was detained for more than 20 minutes on the booth by arguing that fastag is applied only on nh whereas this is state highway. Please take action against the erring toll booth personnel deployed at 2.36 pm on 09/01/2020.
