DLF New Town Heights Rajarhat Kolkata has been cheating its apartment owners at the time of possession in various ways.
Asking for extra charges on account of area increase
No compensation on the delays for over 3 years of the project
Adding on extra taxes and government charges
Asking the owners to sign on various documents
