Maine (NIVEDITA PANDEY) apni Bed. 2011 ke provisional Certificate ke liye 12.03.2019 ok online apply kiya tha. University me bataya gaya ki ap jaye ye Certificate apki mail par within 7 days mail kar diya jayega but abhi tak nahi aya. Mai Lucknow me rahti hu. Phone no. koi lag nahi raha hai. Mujhe iski bahut jarurat hai.
