Staff Member chitted me, by selling card by Rs 999 and return of full amount after this when again go to buy the said buy member card to get full amount returned . when show my card then the said only 300 rupee will return in this card . if you want to full return then take new card.

this really paid up situation for me kindly return my full amount in my member ship card.

Yesterday I went to easy day club in tnagar. I'm a member. I got my bill over RS. 1000. I want to use my SBI card for 10 percentage cash back. I even informed the staff. But he wrongly put invoice has been paid by cash and he also further added card cannot be used. Even we asked the admin but they said that they can't do anything. Last time they have billed wrongly. Easyday is an indian retail brand that runs chains of consumer retail supermarkets and convenience stores. They always lies to costumer and after late delivery argued and abuse. They says “उखाड़ लो जो उखाड़ना है”।

Through online order i have made payment through online payment mode in easy day app on 26sep 2019. My amount got
Disconnected against my easyday order. However, it was not credited in easy. Day wallet. For the same i raised complaint in call centre but everytime i get the same response our supervisor is not available and when i personally visited easy day store there also i got the response our store manager is not available....

At the billing counter the staff told me that the counter was note working they asked me to shift to the second counter only one counter was working. So the boy at counter no 2 asked the girl to come to counter no 1 when the girl came she started the billing of the person behind me and said to do the billing at counter no 2 so i waited for the person front of me to finish his billing. The manager is there in the store when he has to convince for membership else they don’t have items there is late home deliveries they take 2-3hrs to deliver in same area..
There staff don’t have knowledge abt the products they don’t know difference between butter and cheese they should shut down there stores as they have poor services.. Pls take action...

I went to store easy day club in rohtak and store code 3509. There i go very frequently but this time i got a bad experience of staff. First the guy on meat shop was not available. I want to lodge complaints about one of their manager named sujit srivastava working in easyday club of the puraniya outlet, lucknow - 226024. About his misbehaviour with this lady on friday afternoon (5/1/18). I feel he has no place interacting with the public when he lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.
