Very Bad Customer Service

A Class Builders had very bad customer service. Customer Service is not very friendly. Customer Service doesn't want to listen to the customer. First Question, drop an email on the subject. If email is dropped then no answer. Call again..Call again.... same drama. Finally you have to give. I think A Class Builders wants that way. Don't bother ME , I GOT your money...

Non allotment of Plot as per terms of the company

A Class Builders Jaipur Started Selling Plots In Ecco City Jaipur through agents across the country instead of advertizing it on their website . They called in Pre Launch. They did sell it through agents starting february. When the money was taken by wire transfer by them, they advertized this sale in the Web site by March middle and Increase the price by 20% extra charges.

Sir,
I have booked a plot with A Class Builders Jaipur in their Ecco City project at Jaipur. I have paid Rs1, 25, 000/- the three installments at interval of two months in time. And as per terms and conditions of the company I have to pay the balance amount in 12 equal monthly installments on getting allotment of plot by the company. But the company has failed to allot the plot to me due to one or the other reason best known to them....
