I have given an application for shifting my landline telephone bearing no. 23084229 at Chintal to Begumpet about 15 days before and I was assured by the BSNL official that the new number at the new location would be given in 3 days time and even after 15 days, that 3 days period has not started. This is how our BSNL organization works....
