The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I hav recieved my passport in the april end. My file no is F000974 year 2008 in the name of Jaspaljit Kaur resident of 131-Green Park, Civil Lines, Ludhiana. I have received the emigration check required in my passport. As the formalities attached with the file was according to the emigration check not required. All the documents like pan card, 10the certificate was attached with the file while applying for the...

Issues of ECNR
Hi,
This is Srinivas, got the passport on March 2004 and had applied for ECNR against my passport 13th March 2008.
At the time of applied for ECNR, the issueing authority people mentioned "will be dispatch by post with in a week".
But as of now i didn't receive my passport. When i verify in Regional Passport office and i met PRO he said passport is pending for police Report.
