Company not issuing OF Form to be filled
I am an Ex-Employee of eFunds International India Pvt.Ltd (Recently Acquired by Fidelity National Information Services I was emplyed there in the year 2007 for a period of 8 months
I have completed all the exit formalities however they are reluctant to relase the PF form to me.

Hi Team,
This is Venugopal (ex-Employee of eFunds International India Pvt.Ltd (Recently Acquired by Fidelity National Information Services). I have submitted the Form 10 & Form 19 on 01st Septemper 2008 to PF office. For the past 5 months, i haven't received any amount on this. May i know, when it will get credited in to my Account.
My PF Number is : HR/10592/X/2998
