I ordered a cat water fountain from this ekaks.com website worth ₹199 (recommended in the top Google ads)
I was quite skeptic to place an order, knowing that I took the risk to lose my money. Just in case.
And it turned out to be true.
They will take your money. Your amount is debited and the page is still loading on your payment is processing. That's it. Nothing then. You ar not given any confirmation about your order...

i place order of shoe of 199 & payment done through g pay but order was not completing but payment cut from my account.
when i called customer care service it showing invaild...

I ordered a jio keypad mobile of amount 699 rs on website https://ekaks.com/ on 17th July 2022 and paid payment online, after payment on website it showed me order number 115315 order date and paid amount of rs 699, photo is attached of details.
After order i did not receive any confirmation email or sms, i was waiting for order for last 5 days, after that i called on mobile number [protected] given on website and sent an email also...
