My order for sony earbuds of worth 329 paid on 15th september 2021 is still not delivered....

I have booked Bluetooth for myself on 18th September 2021. I have paid money from Net banking. It was seen that i will receive it within 2 or 3 days. But still now no emails from the end of company or any information we have not yet received....
