However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

i got mail below this, i am won the price coca cola promtion award, this come tomorro my residence he toled prepare for clearance duty amount RS12500,for clearance of cheque indian duty, after give to me cheque, and he was call me from UK. so please kindly inform me this true or not, i am prepare or not clearance money.
