Management seems to be nice to you until they believe that they are making money or the manager may expect something else out of you. Management don't stand by their words, don't believe them at all. You might be jobless anytime, have your other plans ready. I don't know about their bangalore or american office. But their madurai office is headed by cheap manager with no ethics and manners with no employees. Don't spoil your life.

This is a fake company please don't attend any interviews from this company. This is a cheating, fake company. They just want to get candidates for cheapest rate as much as possible. Also the manager is cheap person in terms of women. They are asking girls to make 120 calls per day else stay back in office after everyone left. 10 hours shift. Lame. They are just running this one in a schools lab only in madurai. Aware cheating!!! Cheating!!!...
