I had booked a flat in Era Land Divine Sector 5 Palwal in Oct 2010.The Flat was to be delivered within 24 months of booking.The payment has been taken and flat not given so far and no amount as per the agreement Rs 7/Sqft for each month.The Directors are behind bars for cheating and fraud as per the news paper reports.Action must be taken as I had booked a flat to be used after Retirement.I am senior citizen and inspite of giving the amount...
