We where put in tier 4 in covid lockdown December 2020.
We had to cancel our flight with Etihad airline.
Our agent was last minute .com.
we have only received a partial refund after being told we could have the full refund....

I and my son Thomas Joseph were supposed to travel from Los Angeles, CA, USA to Cochin, India on January 27th via New York and Kuwait. Our route was LAX-JFK- KWI-COK. But our American Airlines flight (AA2) got cancelled due to some technical problem on 27th and the American airlines staff changed our tickets to Etihad airlines via Abu Dhabi on 28th(LAX-JFK-AbuDubai-COK).
