Sir, I JC-668626N ex Sub/clk Prabhu Dayal retired from ASC (S) on 30 November 2018. My PAN is AJAPD4915C. A notice has been served to me by Income tax department for non filing of ITR for the Fy 2018-19(AY 2019-20). THEY ASKED ME TO SUBMIT FORM 16 FOR THE PERIOD FROM 01 April 2018 to 30 October 2018 by 18 July2023 failing which icome tax department may pass the best judgement order and other penal consequence. Dear sir, my name is j. W. Jeyapal, exchelp, indian navy. Since my smart cards for grocery and liquor expired, i applied for new ones through unit canteen ins agrani, coimbatore during end of jan. 18. Till now i did not receive any sms. I am not able to buy anything from the canteen. So i request you to unlock the old cards if possible till i get the new ones. I also request you to intimate the status of my new cards....

Dear sir,
With due respect i, mr. Sanjay mukherjee beg to state that31/11/17 debited rs.2000.00 from my bank account as i swiped my debit card into allhabad bank atm for cash rs 2000 but no money received from allhabad bank atm (Bankura branch) and then showing on atm monitor "unable to process the transaction".
Therefore i shall be highly obliged if return my money as soon as possible.

I am a member of East city narne and on 100% full payment with development charge Narne registered plot in my name in East city, Sector III Plot no. 90 Block kk vide servey no. 45. in 1994 . Since last 10 years they are telling that now my plot is under dispute so could not construct house and sell it. I am a ex service man with hard earning money invest amount in this.
I request you to intervene and resolve this issue...
