The builder taken my money AS GST but not handover the money receipt .
The project is having huge problems like basic infrastructure and amenities like approach road, water and electricity which the builder not arranged yet inspite of several communication by registered letter, email, SMS, phone calls and whatsapp. They don't bother to reply the customer.
So beaware of such builder. Thanks....

The Exalter Group is a unreliable and bad customer service provider. They have a project at Ranikhet where I purchased a unit and it was registered in December 2019. When I paid Rs. 85, 500/- as GST which was transferred from my Bank account but till now they have not submitted my money receipt Neither they are replying to me even after registered letter, phone calls, SMS, whats app.
