I had ordered an official Indian team jersey from Fancode and delivery was attempted 4 days back by Ekart. Unfortunately I could not pick up their phone call but later managed to get in touch with them and was assured of delivery the next day. I also reached out to Fancode via WhatsApp helpline and received the most pathetic generic responses with absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue. I have in the last 4 days...
