I have ordered a pack of sweatshirt from a website fasssiz.online but I recieved a wrong and very poor product the barcode detail was pasted on other barcode the delivery executive taken money from me and. I received wrong product I haven't get the sms of delivered till now and I have raised complaint on there website from last 10 days but nobody responded I want my refund please take a strong action...

I've ordered 400 rupees sweat shirt combo 3 from fassiz online and got delivered via E-kart, I paid 400 rupees. I received girls top wrong product. I try to raise an complaint in app but no response from their side. I request you to do needful( refund or ordered product) and take necessary action on the company

I've ordered 400 rupees sweat shirt combo 3 from fassiz online. Today( 16/12/2022) only they delivered via E-kart and I paid 400 rupees. I received chip wrong product. I try to raise an complaint in app but no response from their side and also ekart delivery executive side. I don't know what to do. Please try to resolve this issue and get my money back. Try to banned that website also....
