I bought a gibson studio ebony from furtados lajpat nagar from the day i bought i saw some major defects like the jack plate is broken it has spots on its finish it was not even 1 month i complained about it they say it cannot be changed its normal wear and tear and it happens. I want my guitar changed.its now 1 and a half month no guitar gets wear and tear in half a month...

i have purchased one guitar faith accoustig electric guitar satum dreadnought electro apollo series -gloo for rs 24083.33 from your showroom furtados music india pvt ltd ground floor scf --no--21 sector 7 c. Chandigarh, on 22.10, 2015.The guitar is defective and cracks are also appearing in the guitar.The guitar is in the warranty period.When requested at the shop they refused to do anything . I am requesting you to change it...

A very bad experience in the lajpat nagar showroom of furtados for guitar purchase as the branch manager and supervisors cheat you by pretending that the particular guitar or musical instrument you have choosen is in big demand and out of stock and unless you pay higher then market price they kept you waiting for hours.
This is a cheating practice.
Even the online price do not match with the price they charge.
