The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Dear Sir,
I was working for a this Consultancy GECS in Bangalore.I joined there on January 18th 2012 and got terminated by Company on September 28th 2012.
On 25th August 2012, i lost my wallet in office. Since in office they have Security Cameras , i requested one of the Director of Company by name Mr. Vinay to provide me the video footage of that day. He replied that its confidential and he cannot...

Counselor in GECS need Counseling not to steal !

Hi Guys ,
Next time you approach this consultancy be careful with your mobile phones and wallets and other valuables.Dont ever think that they have security cameras and you can get back your lost stuff. They have recruited such talented(?) people to guide students for abroad education !! May be that Company Director is planning to come up with new company for selling second hand stuff.
So one Counselor by name Heena Kapadia...
