I have been charged 300rs, 5 times. My subscription which i had unsubscribed get renewed every month. I have written so many mails but no action has been taken.
Every time i add money to my paytm account and leave it over night i find a dedication of 300. This is seriously some sort of bogus. As the it doesn't appear in the subscribed apps in my paytm account.
I request you to kindly stop these and refund my money....

There has been subscription deduction from past few month from getwoo which i didn't authorised. Anytime i put some balance in my wallet getwoo deduct it for subscription charges without my authorisation. Please do the needful for the same. I am not that much financially eligible to handle such charges and this amount is necessary for my day to say survival. Please help me to get my deductible chsrges back....

My paytm wallet was deducted rs 300 and payment was made to getwoo which i didn't authorize or otp approve. Date: march 28 2019
This is auto renewal subcription and this started on 25 jul 2018 since then every month they are charging rs 300 even the vendor/app getwoo isn't even an authorized merchant on paytm.

I have created a complaint on paytm as well as mailed getwoo but no response yet.

There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on 02 feb without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 1800 rupees from my paytm a/c.

Deduction of money from paytm wallet. Wallet number. [protected]
Getwoo oreder#[protected]-5889865. This money has been deducted irelevenlty. I have'nt ordered anything. Money is deducted from paytm number:- [protected]. I wont my money back in any condition otherwise m gonna take action according to the law. Sa kindely solve my problem as faster as you can. Thankyou.
