My friend is a wife of of a Army officer and stays in Kashmir, In the Defence land she doesn't have access to Internet and cyber cafe like any other city. She requested me to order a cake for her would be sister in laws husband who is in Bangalore. I decided to help her by ordering the cake for her. My husband would pay fr it and my friend will pay back.

The day when I was ordering the cake (on 03rd July 18) she reminded me...

Giftease.com provide bank coupon to all customers but when order is placed after applying that coupon and making balance payment after 2 days order is cancelled saying nill margin in the product, so we can process your order applying that coupon, so this is the problem of giftease.com.

Is is right to cancel the order because I have used the coupon provided by them....

Order #[protected] i ordered 1 tea pot for my father on fathers day. But they send me the broken tea pot.
Received a broken tea pot in 1000 pieces. Customer executives are not helping me out. I have mailed them multiple times but no help. Please hel pme to sort it out.
