My order numbergy12750 for hifi wireless earbuds with 100 hours playtime was not delivered. Instead i7s taicon price mentioned 1699 /- on box and 999/- on website was delivered. I paid 1999/- for earbuds. Three mails also sent and no reply from [protected]@gmail.com. They have no customer care number mentioned. I want my product to be delivered or refund initiated....

I ordered hifi wireless earbuds with 100 hours playtime ambient mode, bluetooth 5, noise cancellation, waterproof (Ipx5), wireless power bank, 100h battery.

But the product delivered to me is i8/7s dual wireless earpods | android & ios compatible | twin | 1 year warranty.

I paid rs 1999 for the hifi wireless earbuds. So replace my product as soon as possible. Please find the attached image...
