I have submit a form for Agra project of Greencity infra project in taj gang agra.
Fortunately i have not decided to purchase the land.. Now I want my 5000 Rs which is said to be returned if i have not purchase the land..
Now their office in noida has shifted to LAxmi nagar district center but there is no one in the office because the office is closed from last 1 week.
No ph no is valid now.....

Fraud done by Green City builder and the builder is absconding
We invested 2, 00, 000 Rs. in NRI City, bhiwadi project but the Green City builder is absconding. Please let me know what action can be taken against them as its our hard earned money.

Fraud Solitaire Greens Dharuhera
Dear Sir,
I have booked a 2 BHK 1200 sq. feet. Flat in Solitaire Greens Project with Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. Dharuhera in Jan 2007 with booking amount of Rs. 2 Lcs and nest as further Installment I have paid Rs. 3 Lac 7 Thousand and Rs. 1 Lac 39500.
Till data I have paid an amount of Rs. 6, 46, 500.00(Rs Six Lacs forty six thousand five hundred) as 3 Installment.
I have got all the receipts for the payment which...

I am Rahul Arora, resident of DLF phase 4, have invested Rs 4.92 lacs against initial booking amount and two instalment of Solitaire Green project by Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., A-3, Sec-59, Noida, UP).Agreement was signed and allotment was done way back. There has been no progress in this project over last 18 months . The payment was made in favour “Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.” through A/c payee cheques....
