In you tube page groovy fashion site showing with low prices of jackets, looking wise it's good and price also in good range, i have add on cart and paid as normally we ordered but when i have seen there is no details of product delivery details received, i have checked and found this is an fake, id, it's very disappointed, this time of COVID we also facing issue of money and this happened, if you really reading...

I have saw an advertisement of this company on YouTube and visit that groovy fashion website. I have ordered prodcut on 3rd feb 2022 and did payment but didnt received any confirmation or information from groovy end. On website order is still pending to get confirm and e-mail id provided on website are not working. There is no contact number or customer care support provided on website.
It is a fraud and pathetic business by YouTube...

I have done the online payment in full .please help me in getting my money back. Payment to razorpay .after doing the payment they told i will be getting confirmation text message once order is confirmed but i did not receive any intimation from them. i think this is a fraud website. i tried to contact them, but the number given was a fake number which does not exist...
