I booked a consignment through blue dart courier services. I had an urgent need of it on next day. As I given an assurance to deliver it on next day they booked it on 03.10.08 at 7:20 PM. but the same is not delivered on next day and I suffered from loss due to it. I had given a courier vide POD no. [protected] after confirm from its customer care about the transit time. I need an urgent requirement of it next day. But till 06.10.08 10:34 AM it would not delivered by them. Also I try to contact their customer care but in a very rude way they cut my call without information and not picking up phone afterwards. I request for some justice on it coz i suffered a loss due to this....
