I had purchased a handy portable steamer iron online from diva deal. The product sent to me was damaged and broken. I had mailed them within 48hrs as per their policy of refund or cancellation, also tried contacting but the number is beyond service area. Its a fraud that has happened. I need my money refunded as soon as possible. If possible i want to sue this fraud company....

I am joshi malahari from hyderabad i purchased handy portable steamer iron through online on 20.03.2019 i received yesterday 27.03.19 in damaged condition so i called to customer care but always switch off.. And i send the mail to their email address [protected]@divadeal.in address
But no response from them, just i requesting them that i want that replace my product or refund my amount thats all
