I try to contact customer care to lodge a complaint about a faulty desktop ( HCL make).For most of the time customer care no. was busy. Any how, after a long time I could make a call, but I remained on Hold for 8.5 minutes that your call would be through when the Executive will be free and after that there was no responce from other side. I again try to make a call but all in vain.All the time no. was busy. Why not to increase the no....

the machine has -pentium dual core, 1.6 ghz-configuration.
the machine was purchased since 6 months from now.
