No weight loss at health zone

Dear sir,
I have enrolled for weight loss reduction program at Alambagh branch of health zone/ Lucknow on 24.02.2010 at Rs 10,000/- with 10 kg assured weight reduction. I used to visit the centre regularly, did exercise at their gym & followed the diet program properly .
Despite of being regular and punctual visitor, I lost only 1 kg in first 04 months. Having been demoralised, I discontinued the visit and requested to...

I had joined active fitness plan for one month your manager gave me one bodo tusk as a complimentry . Your management staff is not so efficient to look after the client.
After getting Tummy Tusk had got Huge Blistlers on the tummy because of hot pack . The staff don"t have any proper trainning your company registered as ISO 9001l...
