All ready lodged a complaint in this regard, in this site, but my complaint is yet to be redressed or i am yet to be advised further course of action. My complaint is "On 8th june this year i had made an order for a double bed sheet from heavenandhome.com the online shop and made payment through my SBI debit card, to which the online shop send a confirmation of order message on the same day. But on 19th june i got a mail regarding cancellation...

Order not received even after 50 days

Ordered bedsheet and glasses from http://www.heavenandhome.com (on 30th March 2012). I have not received the order yet and the money (Rs. 1196 /-) is also not refunded. Their support does not respond over email and over phone.
