Hello Sir, We have paid Rs. 3800 as Compounding offences, i am an village person, we are earning money by working everyday, staying in Rented house. The EB Person said, you have grinder, TV, Tube lights -2, Ceiling fan-2, washing machine. you must pay this amount. we have argued with them we are not using all the day, refer our EB Bills we never paid more than Rs. 250, how you can ask Penalty, EB person said we will remove your connection....

My telephone having number [protected] is not working properly since 12/3/2008. Last week I have lodged a complaint in computerised fault repairing centere that Number is Y516. After that complaint the phone worked a single day. Again it has dead. Another complaint booked on 22nd march 2008. That number is Y566 till today morning nobody was attended.
